Here is the book laying out Trump’s philosophy of loyalty & revenge:

  The Making of Donald Trump

There’s also: TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald. Light & kinda funny.

Trump’s campaign pretty much followed the strategies in this book: The Art of The Deal

The people demand a “Conservative Welfare State.” Really?

Steve Bannon on Politics as War
The Trump adviser talks about the winning campaign and says the political attacks against him and Breitbart News are ‘just nonsense.’

“It’s not important to be known,” [Mr. Bannon] says in a telephone interview Thursday night, among his first public comments since the election. “It was Lao Tzu who said that with the best leaders, when the work is accomplished, the people will say ‘We have done this ourselves.’ That’s how I’ve led.”

Pollsters Face Hurdles in Changing Landscape
Pollsters rethink how they operate after a string of astonishing misses around the globe this year

“A corporate market research project, you don’t know if your polling is shit because there’s no election day,” Dan Wagner, head of Democratic research firm Civis Analytics, which also conducts nonpolitical surveys, said in an interview prior to the election. In politics, “there’s a day where you’re going to find out whether you were right or whether you’re an idiot.”

Trump’s NATO Demand Clashes With EU Budgets
Countries under pressure to narrow deficits are bracing for a U.S. call to spend more on defense

“There’s enough money,” [Bruno Lété, a defense expert at The German Marshall Fund of the United States in Brussels] said. “The problem is that the Europeans have been very ineffective. We have 28 navies, 28 air forces, and 28 armies…. The big problem is the issue of unity. There is no unity.”

According to Wikipedia, the EU has 510 million people and GDP of $17.1 trillion. The US has 325 million people and GDP of $18.6 trillion. By pushing NATO to be a unified military power, we would be creating a multi-polar world that might lead to a balance of power but might also be handily stitched up into a One World system. I’m all for folding up NATO, but not for egging them on to escalate worldwide militarization nor to further consolidate regionally–as a libertarian, I am not a fan of increasing governmental centralization. It is interesting to note, by way of comparison, Russia has 146.5 million people and a GDP of $3.7 trillion, and China has 1.4 BILLION people and a GDP of $20.9 trillion. It is also interesting to note relative defense spending among those four entities: US $581 billion, EU $170 billion,* China $129 billion, Russia $70 billion. So the next time you hear some war hawk ask for more defense spending, you gotta wonder what kind of incompetent system spends more than everyone else combined (some of whom are allies!) and still can’t get the job done. (*EU defense spending total estimated as Germany, France, UK & Italy.)

I just wanted to say one more comment on what an excellent job you did on The Propaganda Report with Perez & Binkley and as a lifetime Liberal it was refreshing to hear you guys being objective about the post election analysis. Too many commentators especially in the anti-war
Left are allowing their Democratic Party and Establishment allegiances censor the truth RE: Syria and Iraq or even the U.S. war on Yemen, which many radio and websites falsely scapegoat the Saudis for. (i.i.e.) Places like Information Clearing House, Boiling Frogs, or other talk radio are allowing their Establishment allegiance color their perceptions -ICH Tom Feely is a Democrat, Sibel was a former FBI and her former U.S. Govmnt ties eclipse certain realities and / or minimize U.S. responsibility for starting and endlessly perpetuating certain wars, thereby protecting Democrat Party Elites from ultimate and continuous accountability . In other words, Corbett / Sibel are not being vociferous enough or virulent enough and too mild in their tone condemning illegal and merciless slaughter of innocent Syrians , Iraqis, and Yemenis. Don’t get me wrong, I really admire
Sibel keen intellect and like you Monica is a beautiful, sharp person, we just have to be cognizant when we are on screen, or broadcasting, how much we are laughing and smiling when we talk about these things like the U.S. Coup in Turkey which was not a ‘false flag’ as some people like Michel Chossudovsky have asserted. Also – Newsbud contributor Kurt Nimmo has a long blogging history , one that is extremely anti-semitic blaming Jewish conservatives excessively for 9/11 and Iraq when he had his own website and before Kurt Nimmo had been an InfoWars contributor / columnist. We all know about the PNAC influence on policy, but Kurts blog went way over the line, as did website Veterans Today, when blaming the Jewish conservatives for all things U.S. foreign policy. Oil and gas pipelines, not race, is the driving force here, I’m sure you would agree.

another excellent article and one video from Sibel (the one where she knocks Paul Craig Roberts) – worth a look.

Mainstream Presstitutes & Syrian Genocide

By Gideon Polya

“Peace is the only way but silence kills and silence is complicity. Lying by commission, lying by omission, censorship and self-censorship by Mainstream journalist, editor, politician and academic presstitutes has enabled the continuing, Zionist-promoted, US War on Muslims that has so far since 1990 been associated with 12 million Muslim deaths from violence or from war-imposed deprivation (Google “Muslim Holocaust Muslim Genocide”). ”

The Final Stage of Erdogan’s Takedown – BFP Eyeopener

“Sibel Edmonds joins James Corbett once again to discuss the recent events in Turkey. From oil smuggling to ISIS funding to the Russian shoot down, both the MSM and the alt media have “suddenly seen the light” on corruption in Turkey…but why now?”

Veteran’s Today annoys me for that reason. There are Israeli interests at work in the Middle East, obviously, and Israeli lobbies here have an influence, also obviously (though Gregory Harms concluded in Straight Power Concepts that the foreign policy objectives of the UK-US in the Middle East are about power and not kowtowing to Israel)–maybe more than I can be sure of–but I caught Veteran’s Today in a blatant fabrication in which they made up a crazy-sounding quote they attributed to Netanyahu from the 70s in which he was taped at a bar plotting how to make America his whore or something like that–problem was, it had never been mentioned once anywhere in 40 years and there was no tape in evidence. I called them on it and they reprimanded me for the impunity to question the veracity of people with such credentials. It was bizarre, but I had to start wondering, with all the real power plays going on in and around Israel, why make stuff up? That’s when I started to sense there’s a dialectic at work here that drives the over the top anti-Israel stuff (for example, using epithets and bigotry simply destroys the credibility of otherwise valid criticism.) And VT isn’t the only site that does stuff like that. I don’t like it.
